I would like to receive my order on the same day. Can Coloris ship my order immediately?
Need it in a hurry? We’ve got your back! For urgent orders, enjoy the convenience of our same-day delivery service. For all same day orders, orders have to be made before 4 pm on the same day. Our Same Day Delivery service is only available for delivery within Klang Valley (Malaysia), and not applicable for weekends and public holidays. Kindly note that you would need to choose and pay for your preferred transportation. If you’re up for a little adventure and want to swing by our warehouse, no problemo! Contact our awesome customer service team, and they’ll make the pickup magic happen. Our warehouse is nestled in the heart of Cheras, KL. Address details will be provided upon request.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
Your order is prepping for the adventure of a lifetime. Once it’s glammed up and ready, we will email you a unique tracking code to your registered email address. Check your inbox for the tracking code, and maybe peek into the Junk/Spam folder. Your order will be processed and ready for shipping within 3 – 10 business days.
How do I track my orders
Once you’ve got your tracking number, hit the “Track my parcel” button – it’s like a treasure map to follow your goodies’ journey on our website. Feeling extra curious? You can also spy on your parcel at the courier’s website. Click, track, and let the parcel adventure begin!
My tracking number is not traceable. Help?
Hold your excitement horses, though. The tracking number will be traceable once it has been collected and processed by the courier. Do give the courier’s end a smidge of time (24 hours, to be precise). If you ordered on a weekend or a holiday, your tracking number is in weekend mode too – catch it on the next working day!
I have not received my package, what should I do?

Can my order be delivered to a different address than the billing address?
Yes, you are required to untick the selection of Ship To The Same Address and fill in the required information in Shipping Address in order to ship to a different address than your billing address.
What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I’ve checked out?
If you realize your personal details are incorrect once you have completed the Checkout process, please email our e-Customer Care Personnel at customercare@coloris.my and include your order number in the email. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to rectify the issue, however, we can assure you that we will do all we can to amend your order.
I’ve ordered multiple items but only 1 item I’ve received. What should I do?
If you’ve placed your order separately, your items might be delivered in separate parcels. However, if you’ve ordered all your items in one order and still find some items missing in your parcel, please kindly report to us at customercare@coloris.my.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY
How do I make a return?
Our return policy is applicable solely to items purchased online and delivered within Malaysia. Please initiate returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Ensure the item(s) are in original condition, with intact original packaging, tags, and attached tickets.
- Returns are complimentary for wrong or defective products; otherwise, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- For hygiene reasons, items must remain unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- A thorough inspection will be conducted to confirm the original condition of items before processing returns.
- Returns not compliant with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- In the case of returning an item from an order with a free Gift With Purchase (GWP), if the order’s value falls below the GWP qualifying amount post-return, the redeemed GWP must also be returned. Failure to return the GWP will result in charges based on its market value.
- The management reserves the right to reject any returns at our discretion.
How many returns or exchanges are allowed?
Items purchased are eligible for a one-time return or exchange only. We can replace the items if they are defective or damaged within 3 to 5 working days after the items have been delivered to you.
What is the method of refund?
Refunds and returns will be seamlessly processed through store credit only. Please note that refund lead times may vary.

Terms & Conditions
- Coloris reserves the right to inspect the condition of the item(s) before accepting any returns, refunds, or exchanges (“Returns”). You are responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with returning any rejected item(s).
- All risks associated with shipping the item(s) to Coloris shall be assumed by you. Coloris will not be held accountable for any loss or damage to the item(s) being returned.
- If your preferred refund method is not indicated during the Returns process, you will be refunded through your original payment method.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the refund amount for any Returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value stated on the original purchase invoice.
- Coloris is not responsible for damage to any item(s) resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage arising from use or normal wear and tear. Our Returns policies do not cover such damage.
- Our Returns policies do not cover item(s) used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by Coloris, or if the item(s) has been modified in a manner not authorized by Coloris.
- Coloris provides no warranty regarding any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description, and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Decisions made by Coloris regarding Returns are final.
